Discounts for Short Breaks
Prices for short breaks are discounted against full weeks except for July and August. Discounts are as follows:
1 Night = Less 40% Discount
2 Nights = Less 40% Discount
3 Nights = Less 40% discount
4 Nights = Less 30% discount
5 nights = Less 20% discount
6 Nights = Less 10% discount
(NB One or two night stays are limited to 40% discount, due to costs of changeover).
Payments
Payments are normally paid by cheque.
For bookings made six weeks or more before tenancy: One third of rent is required
For Bookings made less than six weeks before tenancy: Full rent is required

Arrival/Departure Times
Bookings commence at 3.00pm on first date of holiday and end at 10.00am on day of departure. On the day of arrival, a person from the Management Services company will meet you at the apartment, make you feel at home with all the facilities, hand over a set of keys for your stay and explain the security system. Full week stays run from Saturday to Saturday. In July and August, only full week stays are permissible.
